Ann Buice

Mrs. Ann Buice, age 75, of Cedartown, Georgia passed away Friday, January 20, 2017. She was born in Mobile, Alabama on September 19, 1941, daughter of the late James and Hazel Green.

She moved to Cedartown 20 years ago from Mobile. She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church in Cedartown.

In 1984, she enrolled in college to pursue her LPN degree. Mrs. Buice graduated top of her class and passed her boards with a perfect score of 100.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in her death by her daughter, Tammie Hoffman; brothers, Jimmy Green and Jerry Green.

She is survived by her daughters Debbie Buice of Kennesaw and Judy Martin of Cedartown; one son Jerry Buice of Cedartown; grandchildren: Angelique Banker, James Martin, Deidra Lewis, Nicole Buice and Brandon Buice; great-grandchildren: Jacob Harlow, Braylon Harlow, Bryson Harlow, Korbin Martin, Cameron Henderson, and Rainna.

The funeral service for Mrs. Ann Buice will be held Monday, January 23, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Smith and Miller Funeral Home with Dr. Jerry Buttrum officiating. Interment will follow in the Northview Cemetery.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: James Martin, Joel Lewis, Randy Martin, and Brandon Buice.

The family will be receiving friends at Smith and Miller Funeral Home on Monday, January 23 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
