Austin Wayne Fowler

Mr. Austin Wayne Fowler, age 29, of Cedartown, Georgia passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022.

Austin was born January 31, 1993, in Cobb County to his parents, Donna Summerville, Charles Swindall and Stepfather Scott Fowler. He was the type of person that always was willing to help anyone do anything. He enjoyed working with his hands doing anything from mechanic work to carpentry work. He loved working on the farm alongside his family. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Lambert.

Survivors include his mother, Donna Summerville; stepfather, Scott Fowler; biological father, Charles Swindall; siblings, Casey Fowler, Trinton Fowler, Jacob Fowler, Haley Fowler, Drew Fowler, Meadow Fowler, Levi Swindall, Megan Swindall, Emily Swindall, and Nick Swindall; grandparents, Wayne and Vera Summerville, Cheryl Lambert, and Myrtle Swindall. Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 12, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Cedar Lake Christian Center, 1890 Rome Hwy, Cedartown, Georgia. Pastor Neil Hopper will be officiating and eulogies will be given by family and friends. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.

The following will serve as pallbearers: Trinton Fowler, Destin Purvis, Preston Summerville, Chris Hitt, Michael Huskins, Shannon Patterson, Levi Swindall, Justin Adams. Honorary pallbearers will be: Jakob Fowler and Nick Swindall.

The family will receive friends Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 12:00 PM until the service hour at the church.
