Cathy Lynn Holder

Mrs. Cathy Lynn Holder age 71, a resident of Deatsville, AL passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at a local hospital.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. from the chapel of Brookside Funeral Home with her son-in-law Joey Dean & grandson RJ Hickman officiating.

Mrs. Holder was preceded in death by her parents Andrew Jackson Acuff & Betty Sue Paine Acuff.

She was the office manager for Jacks Construction Company. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ and attended Coosada Baptist Church.

Mrs. Holder is survived by her husband of 52 years Jerry Holder, son Chip Holder (Michele), daughters Jenny Henry (Mike), Christie Dean (Joey), brother Jack Acuff (Michelle), sisters Jackie Gault (David), Andrea Sorrells (Keith), ten grandchildren & eleven great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Saturday, February 26, 2022, from 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice in her memory.
