Christopher Scott Seabolt

Mr. Christopher “Scott” Seabolt, age 53, of Cedartown, passed away. 

Christopher was born May 25, 1971, in Rome, Georgia, son of Roger Seabolt and Gloria Tillery Seabolt. 

Scott had a long career as a mechanic at the Polk School District Bus Barn. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working on motors. He was a wonderful friend and brought joy to all who knew him. 

Scott is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John and Bonnie Woody Martin; maternal grandfather, James Tillery; and numerous loving aunts and uncles. 

Scott is survived by his loving partner, Valerie Dabney; daughter Laura Elizabeth Seabolt and her fiancé, Logan Maddox; parents, Roger and Gloria Seabolt; and maternal grandmother, Evelyn Tillery. Additionally, he is survived by special cousins, John Seabolt, Jackson Seabolt, Greg and Tammy Hughes, and Rhonda Gentry; close friends, Charlie Tucker, and Robert “Rock” Corn and his children, Cody, Mason, and Dillon; aunts and uncles, Beverly and Jimmy Hughes, Linda Fuqua, and Larry and Laurice Tillery; and numerous cousins and special friends. 

In keeping with his wishes, Scott will be cremated, and no formal services will be held at this time.
