Denise Goforth

Mrs. Denise Goforth, age 61, of Rockmart, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024.

Mrs. Goforth was born August 22, 1962, in Lubbock, Texas, daughter of the late Buddy Wolfe and Janet Bernard Potts.

Mrs. Goforth was formerly a catering director. She had a huge heart and enjoyed the simple things in life, like taking walks and feeding ducks along the way. She also enjoyed watching movies. 

Mrs. Goforth is survived by her husband, Mr. Kenny Goforth; daughter, Morgan Hamil; and grandchildren: Noelle Barth, Marlee McElyea, Angelo Malone, and Stanlee Malone. Also surviving, her brother, Kelly Wolfe; niece, Cassidy Wolfe; and nephew, Ian Wolfe. 

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the Smith & Miller Funeral Home, with Reverend Isaac Crawford officiating.
