Dorothy L "Dot" Williamson

Mrs. Dorothy “Dot” L. Ball Williamson, age 86 of Cedartown passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020.

Dot was born March 22, 1934 to the late Harry Lee Ball and the late Mary Lou Ball. She retired from Murata in Rockmart. In addition to loving to work, Dot enjoyed cooking for everyone.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Turner Williamson; her son Terry Lee White; brothers: John N. and Horace Glenn Ball; her sister in law, Charlotte Ball.

Survivors include: brother, Jimmy Carl Ball and his wife Bobbie Ball; step-son, John Williamson and his wife Rhoda; step-daughter, Janice Thompson; sister-in-law, Hettie White; granddaughter, Samantha White, along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, great nieces and great-great nieces, nephews and cousins and a very special friend, Gregory Holmes.


Graveside services will be held Friday, December 11, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Northview Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Carl Ball officiating.
