Elijah Oakland Duke

Elijah Oakland Duke, 15-month-old son of Casey Duke and Kensley Alred, was born in Rome, Georgia on February 9, 2020, and he passed away on Monday, May 24, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Bruce Duke and Horace Alred.

Elijah is survived by his parents, Casey Duke and Kensley Alred; grandparents, Jeff & Lisa Duke and Tamika & Taylor Kribbe, Shane & Kelsey Alred; great grandparents, Beverly Duke, Tammy Chastain, Lynn Moss, and Judy Alred; aunts, Andrea Young, Amber Fuqua, Holly Duke, and Jolie Walker; uncle, Trent Young. He is also survived by several cousins.

Graveside funeral service for Elijah will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at 11:00am in the family lot at Polk Memory Gardens with Rev. Billy Chambers and Rev. Justin Carter officiating.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, from 9-10:30am at Smith & Miller Funeral Home.

The following gentleman will serve as pallbearers: Carson Graham, Colby Fuqua, Lathan Spivey, and Trenton Young.
