James Stephen Pyle

Mr. James Stephen Pyle, age 75, of Cedartown, GA passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021. He was born on January 8, 1946 in Cedartown, GA, to his late parents: James Edward Pyle and Jimmie “Lucile” Blair Pyle. James worked as a butcher for over 40 years and in his free time, loved spending time with his family and sweet grandchildren. Mr. Pyle was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Melinda Ann Pyle, sister, Nancy Swain and Kathy Pyle and brother, Randy Pyle.

Mr. Pyle is survived by his loving son, Keith Pyle and his wife, Buffy, grandchildren: Brandon Massey, Ryan Pyle, Grayson Pyle and Jayden Pyle, 4 great-grandchildren, sister, Vickie Burgess and her husband, John, aunt, Martha Bowman and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial Services for Mr. Pyle will be held on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Smith & Miller Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Hulsey officiating.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 18, 2021 from 1:00 PM until the service begins at 2:00 PM.
