June Viola Norris

Mrs. June Norris age 91, of Cedartown, Georgia passed away Tuesday June 8, 2021. She was born on July 22, 1929 in Loudon, Tennessee to her late parents: William Williams and Annie Mae Martin Brooks.

Mrs. Norris worked in the lunchroom at Benedict and Westside schools. She also spent time helping her late husband, Billy “Bill” Norris operate his auto shop which was located on Morris Road.

Mrs. Norris was preceded in death by her parents, William Williams and Annie Mae Martin Brooks; husband, Billy “Bill” Norris; son in law, Bill Black.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Black; grandchildren, Rev. Gary (Gale) Black, David (Laura) Black, A.J. Black, Mandy Black; great grandchildren, Kristen (Robbie) Mazza, Kelsey (Glade) Pennington, Kaitlyn (Mitch) Sinon; three great-great grandchildren; sister in law, Lovel Davis; brother, Kenneth Brooks, and several nieces, nephews and cousins survive.

Following her wishes Mrs. Norris will be cremated and the family will hold a private service at a later date.
