Kyleigh Talley

Little Kyleigh Lauren Shay Talley gained her angel wings and joined her Lord on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Eggleston.
Kyleigh was born in Cartersville, Georgia, on June 5, 2017, to Ronald and Kimberly Talley.

Kyleigh was a loving, fun, and outgoing little princess. She loved animals, especially her dog, Scrappy, and her kitty cat, Boots. She loved all three of her siblings, and they all loved her. She loved to play outside and would always get her clothes dirty. She was a free spirit and always did her own thing. She loved SpongeBob Square Pants, and would always sing along as soon as she saw him come on television. Besides SpongeBob, she loved Baby Shark, and would sing and dance to it, as well. She loved anything pertaining to Shimmer and Shine, and had all of their dolls and toys. In addition to all of her fun that she would have, she was especially close to her best friends Lillian and Easton, and would FaceTime Lillian as often as she could. She was a joy and a light to everyone who knew her, and she will be missed dearly.

Kyleigh is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Toni Stanley and Ronald Talley, and by her paternal great-great grandparents, Clarence and Marcella Meeks. She is also preceded in death by her maternal great-great grandmother, Jean Campbell; her maternal great-grandfather, Randy Campbell; her maternal great-uncle, Timmy Campbell; her maternal great-grandmother, Lila Wood; as well as her infant first cousin, Spirit Smith.

Kyleigh is survived by her parents, Ronald and Kimberly Talley, as well as her siblings, Chloe and Ashlyn White and Clayton Talley. She is also survived by her great grandparents, Ronald and Naomi Freeman; her grandparents, Felicia and B.J. Morris, Mattie and George Smith, and Van Winkles. Kyleigh is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, who will all miss her dearly.

A Celebration of Life Service to honor and remember Kyleigh will be conducted on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at 12 o'clock noon in the Chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Russell Murdock and Rev. David Thornton officiating. Kyleigh will be laid to rest at Raccoon Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers for Kyleigh will be Bradley Bryan, Tyler Smith, Jamal Reed, and Joshua Estock. Jesse Smith, Tway Robinson, Lee Rahn, Travis Moyer, John Tate, and Ronald Freeman, Jr., will all serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home for visitation on Monday, June 3, 2019, from four o'clock in the afternoon until eight o'clock in the evening.
