Labreeska Jeanine Smith Pereira

LaBreeska Jeanine Smith-Pereira, age 40, of Rome, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019.

She was born on August 21, 1979, in Rome to Felipe Morales and Kathryn Smith. LaBreeska attended Cedartown High school where she grew up and lived most of her life . She moved to Rome where she lived the past eight years. She dearly loved children and was a Hello Kitty fanatic.

Labreeska was preceded in death by her brother, Phil Smith; grandfather, Charles W. Smith; grandmothers: Jeweline Smith and Mary B. Smith.

Survivors include her husband, James Pereira; children: Jose Agredano, Jr., Jordan Waters, Chelsea Cole and Joshua Cole; her mother, Kathryn Smith, sister, Mai Smith and brother, Brandon Smith; nieces: Chaslon Clark and Ashlynn Truett as well as a number of cousins.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 9, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the chapel of the Smith & Miller Funeral Home with Pastor Henry White officiating and Mai Smith delivering the eulogy.

The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 pm until the service hour at the funeral home.

Honorary pallbearers will include: Matthew Cole, Robbie Waters, Armando Agredano, Brandon Smith and James Pereira.
