Marcella Fowler

Marcella Fowler age 80 of Cedartown passed away Monday, September 6, 2021.

Marcella was born in Dalton, Georgia, April 3, 1941 to the late Rev. William Henry Norris, Sr. and the late Dr. Eugenia Coffee Norris, D.O. She graduated from East Rome High School in 1959. Marcella enjoyed crocheting, reading, knitting and playing cards with her friends. She was a member of Second Baptist Church in Cedartown. The light of her life was her grandson and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Marcella was preceded in death by her grandson, Gavin Josiah Warner.

Survivors include her grandson Adam Johnson-Warner (Lauren); great grandchildren: Davis, Mollie and Amos Johnson-Warner; sisters: Beckie Kenney of St. Petersburg, Florida and Mary Ellen Plemons of Ringgold, Georgia and her brother William Henry “Billy” Norris, Jr. of Monticello, Georgia.

A memorial service for Marcella will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Smith & Miller Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expenses.
