Mildred Louise Cupp

Ms. Mildred Cupp, age 72, of Cedartown, GA, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022.

Ms. Cupp was born on August 21, 1949, in Scottsboro, AL, to her late parents: John Jeffery and Della Thompson Jeffery. Mildred worked many years at Wanda’s Bookkeeping Service as an assistant and was currently working with Brenda’s Tax Service. She loved to work and stay busy. She also enjoyed reading mystery books, painting with computer games and chatting with anyone and everyone she ran into. Ms. Cupp was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mildred is survived by her loving children: William David Cupp and his wife, Marie, Waylon Dee Cupp and his wife, April, Wesley Daryl Cupp and his wife, Jennifer, Wayne Dustin Cupp and his wife, Davina; grandchildren: Ava Cupp, Wade Cupp, Dylan Cupp and AbbyLynn Cupp; Lee Layman and his wife Holly, and Baylee Wright; great grandchild, Felton Layman; sister, Carolyn Hall and brothers: Johnny Jeffery and Roger Jeffery.

Funeral Services for Ms. Cupp will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2022, at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Smith & Miller Chapel with Rev. Randy Vines and Rev. James Blankenship officiating. Interment will follow the service at Polk Memory Gardens.

Serving as pallbearers will be the following gentlemen: Dylan Cupp, Wade Cupp, Jimmy Dingler, Allen Carroll, Lee Layman, and Adam Willingham.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, March 13, 2022, from noon until 3:00 PM.
