Patsy Cole

Mrs. Patsy Cole, age 74, of Cedartown, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021.

Patsy was born April 30, 1947 to the late Lincoln Watson and the late Bessie Carter Watson. She was a member of the Cedartown Church of God for 35 years. Patsy enjoyed crafts, shopping and the beach. She never met a stranger. Patsy loved her family dearly.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters: Jeanette Watson, Ruth Payne, Mary Brown (Buster), Martha Astin. Charles, Betty Gable, Maxie Lindsey, Judy Watters (Ronnie) and her “Great Grandbaby, Murphy”.

Survivors include her husband, Clarence Ray Cole, Jr.; daughters: Carrie Cole and Heather Ferguson; grandchildren: Jordan Cole (Terrence Murphy), Skylan Cole (David McGee), Victoria Agan (Tyler), and Braylyn Ferguson; great grand-children: Addyson, Aniylah, Jayden, Josiah Murphy, Raylan and Lincoln McGee, Korbyn Agan and Cameron and Gabriel McGee; brother in laws: Lee Payne (Maggie) and Alvis Gable along with a number of nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life Services will be held Sunday, September 5, 2021, 3:00 PM at Cedartown Church of God with Pastor Danny Rhodes, Pastor Justin Grant and Rev. Doyle Kelley officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 PM until the service hour. Out of concern and respect for each other, the family requests that friends comply with best practices in preventing the spread of COVID-19, including face coverings and social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Cedartown Church of God in memory of Patsy Cole.
