Randall Edward Thomason

Mr. Randall Edward Thomason, age 67, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2024.

Mr. Thomason was born April 26, 1957, in Marietta, Georgia, son of the late Aubrey Lee Thomason and Bernice Osborne Prewett. 

Mr. Thomason loved music and enjoyed playing guitar. He always enjoyed watching a game of football and was known for being a jokester. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be dearly missed. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Shirlene Thomason, and a special friend Mr. Erwin McElwee, whose friendship was always dear to him. 

He is survived by his loving wife of twenty-three years, Kathy Thomason; children: Kallie and Jeff Johnson, and Julie Kerrington; grandchildren: Katherine, Colton, Casey, Jax Cole, Tonia, and Clayton; and siblings: Gary Prewett, Tommy Prewett, and Gregory T. Prewett. Special friend and cousin, Bobby Brooks, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. 

Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Grace Presbyterian Church, with Pastor Parks Turner officiating.
